Munehisa Iwai Confidant Overview

On May 4th, you can receive a paper bag from Iwai containing a realistic-looking model gun. Your Guts rank must be level 4 (Dauntless) before you can inquire about the contents of the suspicious bag.

Before unlocking the Hanged Man Confidant, you may speak to Iwai on any day of the week to unlock it as early as May 6th, even when he is otherwise unavailable. Aside from ranking up your social link, meeting with Iwai will raise your Proficiency stat.

For this request, Iwai becomes threatened into crafting guns for Tsuda and has no way to bail out of this precarious situation. He’ll explain Tsuda’s full name once you ask for it, and the request to eliminate a Lesser Shadow in Path of Kaitul: Area 4 will unlock for you.
